Itinerary:

  • Welcome to the inaugural day of the Jaipur Yoga & Cultural Retreat. Upon arrival in the Pink City via flight from Mumbai or Delhi, you will be greeted with tranquility and rejuvenation. In the late afternoon, indulge in a foundational yoga class to commence your retreat journey. As the sun sets, gather around the campfire with fellow travelers for a warm reception and the commencement of a week filled with exploration and self-discovery.
  • Embrace the beauty of nature and the spirit of activity on this day. Following a revitalizing yoga session and a nourishing breakfast, embark on a guided walk to the majestic Amber Fort or opt for a scenic hike in the Aravali Hills. Later, immerse yourself in the serenity of Pranayama and Meditation. Optional activities include Bhajan and Chanting, as well as indulging in a soothing Spa and Massage experience.

     

  • Begin your day with the cleansing practices of Shat Karma and the invigorating discipline of Ashtanga yoga. Optionally, explore the Amber area on a morning cycle ride. In the early afternoon, venture to the Elephant Village for a memorable encounter with these gentle creatures. Conclude your day with serene Pranayama and Meditation, with the opportunity to engage in the spiritual ambiance of Bhajan & Chanting.

     

  • Immerse yourself in a day of cultural exploration and personal enrichment. Choose between visiting the historic Jaigarh and Nahargarh forts or participating in a Tye Dye & Block Printing workshop. Rejuvenate your spirit with Pranayama and Meditation in the early evening, followed by the optional experience of attending the evening Aarti at Govind Dev Ji Temple.

Embark on a journey of self-care and discovery as you engage in morning Shat Karma and energizing Acro Yoga. Explore the heritage of old Jaipur through a guided tour, including visits to architectural wonders such as Hawa Mahal and City Palace. Spend the afternoon at leisure or indulge in a pampering Spa and Massage session.

 

Today is yours to explore Jaipur at your own pace. Whether you choose relaxation or further exploration, the day is designed for your enjoyment. Gather in the evening for another enriching yoga session, followed by optional Bhajan and Chanting activities.

After breakfast, partake in the spiritual practices of Shat Karma, Surya Namaskar, Chanting, and Meditation. Experience the serenity of a Gaushala Village visit, engaging with cows and embracing the essence of rural life. In the evening, celebrate the triumph of good over evil with the traditional Holika Dahen ritual, followed by Bhajan and Chanting.

 

Join in the vibrant festivities of the Diwali Festival, adorned in white attire to symbolize purity and renewal. The morning begins with spiritual practices followed by an evening of shared experiences and camaraderie by the bonfire, accompanied by delectable snacks and beverages.

Bid farewell to Jaipur after breakfast as you embark on a journey to Agra to marvel at the timeless beauty of the Taj Mahal. Return to Delhi in the evening to conclude your retreat experience, leaving with cherished memories and renewed vitality.

Mr. Ankit Pareek is the burning force behind this endeavor and has been tirelessly working since 2012 to spread his knowledge of Yoga to others. 

Being a teacher, he knows the discipline and strength yoga can bring into an individual’s life. Through Yoga Tours by India, he has been spreading positivity and strength to everyone he meets. 

Being a certified Yoga Instructor from Yoga Alliance USA and a five-time District and State-level Gold Medalist in Yoga Excellence Ankit has the experience and knowledge he wants to impart to his students and takes great pride and joy in doing so. 

On top of that, he has also acted as a coach and referee in several prestigious Yoga competitions throughout the county.
