  • Arrive in Jaipur via flight from Mumbai or Delhi.
  • Late afternoon: Basic yoga class to kickstart your retreat.
  • Early evening: Gather around the campfire for a warm welcome and the first meal of your week-long journey.

Today marks the beginning of your Jaipur Yoga & Cultural Retreat. After your arrival in the Pink City, you’ll be welcomed with a relaxing yoga session, and in the evening, you’ll join your fellow travelers for a campfire to set the tone for the exciting week ahead.

  • Morning: Shat Karma (Body cleaning techniques) and Hatha Yoga.
  • Guided walk to Amber Fort or a hike on the Aravali Hills.
  • Evening: Pranayama and Meditation.
  • Optional: Bhajan and Chanting.
  • Optional Activity: Spa and Massage.

Awaken to a day of natural beauty and exercise. After an invigorating yoga session and breakfast, you’ll have the choice to hike to Amber Fort or simply relax. You’ll also visit HeeraPanna Kund and experience the local culture. In the evening, you can take a leisurely walk to the illuminated Amber Fort near the lake.

After breakfast, delve into Jaipur’s cultural heritage by visiting the Anokhi Museum and the Gators ki Chatriya. You can explore the city on a bicycle if you wish. Later, enjoy a heartwarming experience at the Elephant Village, where you’ll interact with these gentle giants.

  • Morning: Shat Karma, Basic Yoga, and SuryaNamaskar.
  • Visit Jaigarh fort and Nahargarh fort, or join a Tye Dye & Block Printing workshop.
  • Early Evening: Pranayama and Meditation.
  • Optional Evening Activity: Govind dev Ji Temple for evening Aarti.
  • Workshop: Tye Dye and Block Printing (Additional Cost).

This day offers a choice between visiting the forts or participating in a Tye Dye & Block Printing workshop. Enjoy a leisurely afternoon with an option for Pranayama and meditation. In the evening, you can share your travel experiences and visit the Govind dev Ji Temple for evening Aarti.

  • Old Jaipur Heritage Walk, including Wind Palace & City Palace.
  • Early Evening: Pranayama and Meditation.
  • Optional Evening Activity: Bhajan & Chanting.
  • Optional Activity: Spa and Massage.

Start your day with an invigorating yoga session, followed by a Heritage Walk of old Jaipur. You’ll visit Hawa mahal, Jantar Mantar, and City Palace. Afternoon is free for relaxation or a visit to the spa.

  • Morning: Shat Karma and Vinyasa flow.
  • Free Day to explore Jaipur at your leisure.
  • Early Evening: Pranayama and Meditation.

This is your day to explore Jaipur at your own pace. Whether you choose to relax or explore, the day is yours to enjoy. In the evening, gather for another yoga session and optional Bhajan and Chanting activities.

  • Morning: Shat Karma, Surya Namaskar, Chanting, and Meditation.
  • Visit a Gaushala Village (cow rescue center).
  • Evening: Holika Dahen (Bonfire Night).
  • Evening of Bhajan & Chanting.

After breakfast, visit a Gaushala Village to engage with cows and enjoy a truly rewarding experience. In the evening, celebrate Holika Dahen by a bonfire to symbolize the triumph of good over evil.

  • Evening: Share your festival experiences by the bonfire.

Mr. Ankit Pareek is the burning force behind this endeavor and has been tirelessly working since 2012 to spread his knowledge of Yoga to others. 

Being a teacher, he knows the discipline and strength yoga can bring into an individual’s life. Through Yoga Tours by India, he has been spreading positivity and strength to everyone he meets. 

Being a certified Yoga Instructor from Yoga Alliance USA and a five-time District and State-level Gold Medalist in Yoga Excellence Ankit has the experience and knowledge he wants to impart to his students and takes great pride and joy in doing so. 

On top of that, he has also acted as a coach and referee in several prestigious Yoga competitions throughout the county.
